Automation for small high use spas <3000 gal us

First off hello everyone. I currently am working with 6 spas and one pool. The pool uses a salt generator and has few issues. However, the spas are a different matter.

Spa 1 (outdoor) is 2700 gals @ 104*f. Chlorine (Trichlor)
Spa 2 (outdoor) is 1900 @ 104*f. Chlorine (Trichlor)
Womens Hot (indoor) is 2670 @ 104*f (Bromine)
Womens Cold (indoor) is 320 @ 85*f (Bromine)
Mens Hot (indoor) is 2050 @ 104*f (Bromine)
Mens Cold (indoor) is 375 gals @ 85*f (Bromine)

The indoor spas get very heavy use day in and day out. Massage oils, body oils, you name it its in there. They are currently all on paper filters. These are in the process of being replaced with sand filters due to high cost of filter replacement. Also will be adding in automated acid feeders and replacing chlorine/bromine feeders with commercial units.

With these changes will come a need for better chemical control. Unfortunately, my compatriots are not chemically nor mathematically inclined so I am trying to make everything as simple as possible.

The chemicals I am currently using are:
Aquabrome bromine tablets.
Trichlor chlorine 3" tablets.
Muriatic Acid (15%).
Soda Ash.
Sodium Bircarbonate.

Chems I need to purchase are
Cyanuric Acid
???

In this pursuit of simplicity I am attempting to create a simplified version of chem geeks amazing spreadsheet. However, I am not a chemist and many of the equations leave me scratching my head.

Has anyone posted simplified equations of chem geeks worksheet?

Attached is a copy of my simple sheet for logging daily data.

Here is some further info on the changes that are going to take place.

The peristaltic pump will be a Stenner 9GPD 25psi. http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/STENNE ... Pid=search

The chemical tank will be a 15gal plastic drum. http://www.globalindustrial.com/g/mater ... stic-drums

Current chlorinator will be replaced with Pentair HC-3315 offline chlorinator.

Sand filter will be a Pentair Triton TR40. http://commercialpool.com/tritonsandfilter.aspx
Fitted with a slide valve instead of a multiport.

Any suggestions or ideas?
