Small tear in liner (doesn't go all the way through) - Pic

We have a really small tear in the (brandy new) liner - above the water line - as if the first layer was removed, but it doesn't go all the way through. Here's a couple pics (tear at the bottom of the fin):

Not sure if we need to be concerned about it, so would appreciate your opinions, and potential course of action (liner repair kit?)

Maybe I should've called it a "scratch" rather then a "tear".

I'd be very tempted to leave it alone. Possibly a patch would protesct it a little but I think it may go years just like it is.
