Need this fitting for the Fiberstar, limitted info

Hi,
below is the fitting for the Fiberstar Illuminator that is cracked.

This fitting has a clear plastic piece that goes inside.

I don't have a part number for this fitting or for the Illuminator itself.
Can anybody help with getting part number or a better description for this part.

I did a little searching with no luck ... maybe that is an older design?

I might suggest you send Fiberstar an email with these pictures and see if they can get you a part number or a source for parts. Good luck.
