I have received my Matrix round pool but three uprights were damaged. I reported it to pool supply world back on April 30th but haven't received a response yet. My question is can I install my pool with the damaged uprights and replace them later when the replacements come. This coming weekend is the last one I will have to install the pool in the next month. This is the matrix resin. Thanks,

Well the first thing I would do is get on the phone with PSW and find out what the delay is with the RMA department. We installed our Matrix last summer and had a couple of base cuffs arrive damaged, PSW was fantastic and got me the replacement pieces within 72 hours.
I'm going to defer to someone that knows more than me for switching the uprights.

I did call them early this morning and they said they would have to call me back, I'm still waiting.
Just got a response. Sharkline is sending replacements and they should be here by Friday.
Replacing the uprights later wouldn't have been a good path to take.
