Inground pool spring opening and worms.....

First new yr with an inground.....

And I see worms are an issue here in the spring and NW and inground pools.

any tips or tricks or just part of the deal....

Just open sooner??

Just part of the deal. Yick. So are dead mice, frogs, toads, etc. The worst ever for me was a possum...

Really dry Spring here in NJ and NO WORMS for the first time ever (since 2004)! So just turn off the rain. Failing that, live with it.

I've been told you can spread lime around the perimeter of your decking and they won't go past it?? Haven't tried it yet though...may just be an ole wives tail?? Maybe next fall when I close I'll prep for it and give it a shot??
