New home own with a pool

Just opened my pool with the previous own of the house I bought.
It was crystal clear , did some vacuuming and got it all stirred up .
My test results are
TF100 sponsored
Fc=0
Tv=0
At 80
Ch 220
My CYA I'm unsure of didn't lose the dot with the test kit
Pool store registered 30
Previous own used pucks, I thought it would run higher
Pool size 21000 gal IG vinal
South windsor , Ct
All sun all day
Jacuzzi sand filter
Pool 1989
Liner 2004

I'm looking to join the BBB club so I was wondering what's next .
I added 16oz bag shock , I used that instead of bleach due to low CyA level
I'm also interested in what robot I should get with a 1200$ budget

What is pH level?

Did you retest FC & TC after adding chlorine source?

Ph 7.2 have not retested wanna give it an hour or 2
