Hey guys, running my pump about 4 hrs , when the pump comes on, I have one return that will pop and gurgle for about 5-10 mins and then it will finally quit and everything is ok , is this normal for the return to do this so long or is something wrong ?

"Sounds"...... like you're sucking some air in on the return side of the filter some place in that line if it's just one return..do you have two? Is the pump strainer basket full of water?
Yes, it's the closest return to the pump, got 4 returns, and pump basket is full of water
A common pace to suck in aor when the pump is shut down is from the waste port on the multiport valve. I'd check the spider gasket to make sure it's ok.
