Found hole in the very bottom of the wall of my pool. No water is leaking out. Having a new liner installed what do I use to patch the wall? JB weld?

With the old liner out take some metal flashing and tape to the inside of the wall at that point. Use duct tape on the edges to protect the new liner. The bottom edge of the flashing may fit into the wall track at the bottom. Water pressure will hold it in place. If there is any rust sand and paint first.
