I ran my vacuum yesterday and it was working fine. Today I put it in the pool and it isn't moving. It has suction (sticks to the bottom) but it doesn't have the familiar clicking sound. I adjusted it to maximum suction and minimum suction with no change in results. Has anyone experienced this issue?

Try moving the weights around to different spots on the hose. The balance sometimes effects it.
