    What intermatic timer

Is there one Intermatic timer that can be used to switch pump speeds and run on a schedule?

For the mechanical ones, you need 2 ... the 104 and the 106, they can actually be bought together in the same box: ... B0039Q7NYI

Not sure if a digital one offers more options.

    Re: What intermatic timer

I like this is a good compromise between a full-on automation system and a mechanical timer. ... pool+timer

You can add a remote and freeze protection if needed.

I installed one last week for a client who thinks it is the "best thing ever...." I have been trying to get him to automate, and this let him save a few bucks while getting many of the features he wanted, and all of the features he needed.

EDIT: you also will not need the switch, as the timer will handle the high/low switching.
