The shipping charge will be prohibitive because it's so heavy. And it is classed as a strong oxidizer, and it's a liquid, which also add to shipping costs.
Check the local pool stores - some have decent prices on 12% in returnable jugs. You'll also find 10 or 12% stuff at big box hardware stores, especially this time of year. Then there's the big warehouse clubs like Costco and Sam's, and then Walmart and Target for Clorox.
If you're in a rural area, some of the farm supply stores sell strong stuff for dairy sanitizing. As long as it's Sodium Hypochlorite, it's probably the right stuff. Just check the label for any add-ons. Lye aka Sodium Hydroxide is the only other ingredient you should see.
