scale tech to reduce scaling.calcium build up on tile

has anyone used it before? i have calcium build up on my tile and dont want to spend the next five years scrubbing the tile. my calcium was at 550 so i drained some water and added more and now CH is about 360. poured in scale tech today (and have water at top of tile level for scale tech to work on the scaling), but have not tested chemicals since refill (finished today). i will check levels tomorrow and get it all balanced. if i need to add cya secondary to refill....what product should i use?

A mixture of tile soap and muriatic acid and a whole lot of elbow grease is very effetive at rem0v0ng scale from tile.

I used scale tech once...waste of money. Did absolutely nothing.
