Patch fix?

i have a little tiny hole about 12 inches below top rim, what is a quick fix for that?

Assuming you have a vinyl liner pool, you can purchase a patch kit that will make quick work of the hole.

sorry, I do have a liner pool (AGP). Its under water, is there a under water patch kit or would it be ok to patch from outside of liner? not much pressure from water coming out of hole just a dribble.

Most pool patch kits can be applied underwater. Just follow the instructions.
