AutoSweep running ok but nothing in bag.VIDEO

The cleaner moves around fine but hasnt had any leaves in bag for awhile now. The 2 jets on bottom are not on but everything seems to be working(when in corner, the backup jet/valve kicks on fine)

Havent tryed to take appart because im afraid ill make it worse. Any ideas? Thanks

Is that a Polaris?
Why are the wheels not moving?
Have you checked the speed of the wheels - there is a specific RPM they should turn. Also the plastic float head. is the unit riding level across the bottome of the pool?
