Hello all,
I am new to the board and new to pools. I've picked up alot of great information on this site, so many thanks to all the contributors.
As the thread title indicates, I have a new pool that went into service just prior to Christmas 2012. It has a gunnite shell with plaster (20k gallons with an SWG). On Sunday (yes we were swimming in North Carolina!), my daughter discovered a chip or crevice in the plaster. I checked it out today and confirmed the defect. I have no idea what this means to the pool and obviously concerned. Any advice you can provide would be much appreciated. I have sent an e-mail to the builder and will call him tomorrow morning.
Thanks,
Greg
