Darn seems like a hassle I had one offered to me for 150...still debating

I have the Sta-Rite System 3. It does take a little bit of time to open the filter for cleaning, but it's not a big deal since I don't have to clean it that often. I can see how it would be a pain if you have to clean multiple units in a day. My only gripe is that neither Pleatco or Unicel make replacement media, so I have to pay more for OE filters.

Okay good to know!...... Yeah I just looked up the price to replace the filter combo 300 so with the filter thats over have the cost of a new one
