Pump motor seized

Hi, I have a 24' AGP 13,500 gal.
My pump, Waterway PB2200-6P, is humming when turned on.
I tried turning the shaft manually with a very large screwdriver.
At first it would not budge, then it would turn,but not without quite a bit of force.
I tried to remove the impeller, but the nut is plastic,so that wouldn't work.
My question is, where is the most reasonable place to buy a comparable pump.
Also, this is a 2HP 2speed pump.

The best prices I have found for pumps are on ebay, I recently bought a new 2 speed Jandy 1.5 HP FloPro pump for $350 delivered which is over $100 less than the next lowest price I could find.
 
Take a look at the Hayward 1 hp 2-speed Matrix (Model SP15922S), you can usually get that one for around 250 shipped (I have this pump). I ordered mine from one of the popular online pool stores. Also take a look at the Pentair 1 hp 2-speed Dyanmo (Model DYNII-N2 1 HP), also commonly available for ~250. I would not go with a 1.5 hp, unless you have some high volume water features that require it.
