My installer used Multi-coat products Top Coat 2000 on top of the concrete. Is this true Kool Deck or is that a different product? If so is this comparable or an acceptable alternative?

Kool Deck is a specific copyrighted name and product from Mortex. So, the Top Coat 2000 (from Top Coat Systems I think) is a different product ... no idea how comparable they are.
Isn't top coat an epoxy finish for shop floors and such? If so, not comparable. Can you post a picture?
