How soon to seal stamped concrete

Our concrete contractor wants to pour and stamp our concrete and then come back the next day and seal. I think this is way too soon since the concrete is still curing. I know they want to do the saw cuts the following day also, which is fine with me.

Anyone have any thoughts? I know that most people recommend a sealer that has 20% or less solids in it.

My last stamped concrete deck was saw cut and sealed the following day.
A second coat of sealer was applied a week later.
The first coat got consumed by the new concrete almost entirely.

Try to negotiate 2 coats of sealer if you can.
A non-slip additive will help keep the little ones from slipping on the sealed stamped concrete too.
