    Another new user here. This is a great site with valid, useful and straightforward information. Thanks to all the sponsors, moderators and posters for my education.
    18,500 gallon in-ground gunite pool with attached spa. Tahoe blue pebble plaster. Oklahoma flagstone coping. 600 s.f. stamped concrete decking. Hayward equipment: 2 h.p. Super II pump, 48 s.f. DE filter, 400k BTU heater. Polaris 280 cleaner with PB4 booster pump. Zodiac/Jandy iAqualink. Stenner 45MHP10 peristaltic pump with 15 gallon tank. Originally built in 1997. Renovated in 2013.

    TFP Expert who uses Pool School and my TF100 test kit along with PoolMath for my: Round 11K gallon AGP with deep end, 20" sand filter, Matrix 1hp 2spd, 6 2ftX20ft solar panels (and solar cover!), Intex SWCG (copper bars disconnected) and a Rubadub hot tub (chlorine). The SLAM process is not finished until: 1. CC < 0.5 ppm, 2. An OCLT < 1.0 ppm and, 3. The water is crystal clear.
