Just refilled my completley drained pool

I just finished filling me pool and want to make sure I used the Pool Calculator correctly.
My readings
TC = 0
Ph = 7.8
TA = 130
CH = 150
CYA < 20 Filled the tube and could still see the black dot

What Pool Calculator tells me to add
95 oz of 10% liquid chlorine
23 oz of muriatic acid
309 oz calcium chloride
76 oz of stabilizer

What order should I add these?

Welcome to TFP!

I would start by adding 2 ppm of chlorine, which is only 47 oz. The Pool Calculator is assuming you have CYA in the water, but you don't so you don't need as much chlorine just at the moment.

Then start working on raising the CYA level up to around 50. Remember that it is fairly easy to add more CYA, but tricky to lower CYA, so add less than you think you will need, wait a week, test CYA again, and adjust from there.

The PH is alright up to 7.8, so it can stay there for the moment. Adding CYA will likely bring it down just a little, so no need to do anything on PH right at the moment.
