which Automation system?

I have a pool about 16 years old and its time for a automation system.
My pool has:

1x Hayward Ecostar variable speed pump.
1x hayward microclear D.E filter
1x dead Raypak 2100 r485 heater
1x Polaris pb4-60 Booster Pump.
1x hayward super II pump for the spa
2x non led pool lights
1x non led spa light.

I am looking for an automation system that can connect with all of my equipment, be accessible via my android, and most important email or text me if any problems have occured within the system.

I am considering a Hayward oncommand with Hayward aqua connect (will that work?) or any popular automation system that will be under 1k (not including installation) with a Controller and all necessary equipment for it to operate with all functions in the system.

Thanks:

Jason
