    New Free Form Pool Started in San Antonio, Texas

    We started our new pool on Friday, 2/15/2013. Pool Concepts by Pete Ordaz is our builder. Here are the specifications:

    25W X 32L Custom Gunite freeform Pool per Plan
    488 SF with 38 SF Spa
    Depth 36" X 56"
    15350 Gallons
    #4 Steel Bar (") Throughout @ 9" on Center
    #4 Steel Bar Bond Beam at least 3" from Soil
    7-Sack Dry Gunite Mix
    Floors to be a Minimum 9" Thick
    Walls to be a Minimum 9" Thick
    Gemstone Pebble Series Pool Finish
    6" x 6" Band of Frost Proof Tile to blend with Oklahoma Flagstone around Perimeter at Waterline
    Accent Tile on Steps and Benches
    Overflow Line included for Venting Excess Water
    One (12) safety bench
    Oklahoma Flagstone Coping
    Two (2) Pots with Waterfall along back pool edge
    Two (2) 12 Tall Oklahoma Flagstone Columns for water pot features
    8x10 Sundek in pool with bubbler and turtle mosaic

    Love it! Similar to mine, I am in Cypress. We are also using gemstone but qtz not pebble... not in our budget!

    Here's our current construction status with the pool excavated with plumbing run. We start gunite next week. So far, so good.

    The pool looks great. I just signed a contract with pool concepts too. I'm still thinking of making small changes before they start the build. It would be great if you could pm many info or experience with the company. Thanks in advance.
