Brisket pictures

Wow!! What did you use to smoke it? I just picked up my Vision Classic Ceramic Kamado smoker a few days ago from Costco. I'm just waiting for my pool to be finished, so I can start learning how to smoke with it!!! Can't wait...

600 sq inch cooking area counting both tiers

$550.00 in store at Costco... I had $600.00 in Costco / American Express cash back, so it really cost me nothing!!

That was made on my Komodo Kamado......

Not inexpensive, but built to last.

The brisket was a 18 full packer cut. Measuered a good 24+ inches wide.

I made it without the "texas crutch" this time to maximize the bark. Pretty much followed Chris Lilly's recipe.
