New Pool Build, Plan and Recommendations (Central FL)

    Hello Everyone,
I'm New to the site. I live in Central FL and I am settling on a pool Design. This is what I'm thinking.....
    Aprox Pool 605sqft
    Aprox deck 1317sqft
    Base Pool 20ft x 34ft
    3ft to 6ft Deep
    6x6 tile
    6 pool returns
    6ft by 8ft spa raised 18"
6 therapy jets preplumbed with center fountain line
    Skimmer 2"
    Cleaner line for pool
Sun Shelf with umbrella hole and 1 bubbler 5 inches deep
    2 main drains pool 2 1/2"
    Pebble finish pool and Spa
Pool light and Spa light 120 volt LED
    Blower 1 1/2hp for spa
    Salt system 40K
    250K BTU Heater
    Variable Speed pump Jandy Flopro
    D.E. filter 60sqft with 2" multiport
    Automatic Cleaner
    Automation Jandy AquaLink
    Dig Drop
    Pool School
    Pole net brush test kit
    Electric Hookup

Pool and Spa Price: $ 33,142
    Screen Footer: $ 1,750
Gold Travertine Deck and Coping $ 9,500
    (French Pattern)
Propane Tank install and Hookup $ 600
Pool Screen Enclosure with Elite Roof $14,000

    Total $58,992

I will try to post a picture of my drawing.

    1. Pool Finish..... Stonescapes, Pebble Tec, SGM River Rok? Or a Quartz Finish instead of a Pebble Finish?
I would like a deep blue pool color like this Aqua Blue with DBL pigment. I'm just worried it will turn out splotchy.

What are your Thoughts or Recommendations?

Looks good. You might want more than one light in the pool. We have two but still not very bright on the red color.

I would also suggest two lights.....mounted perhaps in the spa wall facing outward into the pool so the light won't glare from the house side of the pool.
