Getting leaks in glass block, around main drain, tile trim in spa. Guess it's time for refinish.
I would welcome recommendations on what to use, or avoid. Florida Stucco, Pebble Tec, or Sandstone Pearl? Cost will be a factor, but we don't expect to be here more than another 5 to 10 years. Good house in fantastic locations so it's a tear down for the next guy.
