    Pool finishes

This is my first time using TFP so forgive me for errors in cyberetiquette. In ground pool in SW FLA. 16 yrs old. Pebble finish.
Getting leaks in glass block, around main drain, tile trim in spa. Guess it's time for refinish.
I would welcome recommendations on what to use, or avoid. Florida Stucco, Pebble Tec, or Sandstone Pearl? Cost will be a factor, but we don't expect to be here more than another 5 to 10 years. Good house in fantastic locations so it's a tear down for the next guy.

    Welcome to TFP!

Pebble Tec is the fanciest, and probably the most expensive. On average they also tend to have the best installers.

Same installer. My biggest concerns are stains to pool and abrasions to people.
