    Newbie...building new pool in Tampa Bay.

    Just joined as I came across this site a couple weeks ago, lurked, and am delighted to see such great info from everyone! I am hoping to finalize decision soon and have a pool built by end of April!
    UNDER CONSTRUCTION - 16x28' Freeform Pool with sunshelf, 3.5'-5.5' depth;
    7' Spa raised 18", 6 jets alternating heights, Flagstone on raised beam

    Initial meeting with Jim from Challenger, now waiting for a quote. Anyone have an opinion about Challenger? What other builders would you recommend or avoid?

    Thanks! I do remember reading thru pool school..love this site! Awaiting permits..will post our choices soon and updates too of course! Can't wait already!
