Help... strange flow distributor replacement

I have a broken "one to five" flow distributor. It looks like it might have a mechanism to switch ports using a flow driven gear system... picture attached.

When assembled, the inlet is at the top, then the five pipes going to the pool are on the bottom. The shell cracked, so I am trying to figure out what to do short of a major replumbing..

Anyone out there in pool land have ANY idea what this is or where I can find another one?

Its a caretaker valve with stripped gears. You can buy a rebuild kit or a completely new valve. I would reccommed a new valve if the housing is cracked.

Outstanding! So is this something worth replacing.. Or should I re plumb to a more modern system?

Yes. That is a current system. Its what makes your infloor heads work.
