Rite now my pool pump is running in the morning like 3am-7am, will it be ok under freezing conditions? or do i need to change the time?

That should be fine, though it really depends on the weather. For a normal overnight frost, where it goes down to say 28 or 30 and is back above freezing right around dawn that is fine. But for a solid freeze, say temperatures down to 25 or lower and above freezing only later in the morning, you would want some additional time on either end of that range.
