Why is my Easytouch 4 causing pump to cycle off/on

I posted this on another forum but as of yet not gotten much help...Hopefully you guys might have an answer.

My pool and attached spa are controlled with an EasyTouch 4. The last week my pump has been cycling off and on every 15 minutes requiring me to reset. I had this problem in the past but was remedied by turning freeze protection off. I checked again and it shows freeze protection is off. The only thing different this year is I added an Intellichlor which I turned off last week. I was told this could be a firmware issue....If so how do I go about updating the firmware.

Thank You
Frank

It will depend on what firmware you have now.

If the pump is cycling due to freeze protection it could be: Freeze protection is on for the pool
is on for the spa
or there is another program set that has freeze protection enabled.
