Suppose to get cold here tonight, gonna run my pump from midnight till early morning, my question is do I have to run the pool pump and the booster pump ? I was just gonna run pool pump and leave the booster pump off, will this be good enough ? Thanks

If it has standing water in the pump or exposed pipes, run the pump. How cold is cold?
If there are no valves cutting off flow thru the booster pump you don't need to run it. The flow from the main filter pump should be adequate to prevent freezing.
