Hello I am in the process of resurfacing my existing Diamond Brite Pool. Can anyone recomend what material is rated the best? I have heard Diamond Brite, Sunstone, Pebble Tec/Sheen Ect. Every Pool contractor suggests something different??

What do you mean by "best"? Feels the best, lasts the longest, cheapest, looks the best?
I think the longevity of ANY of them is most affected by the quality of the installation process and crew and then how the pool chemistry is maintained throughout the pool's life.
Installation is KEY!!! and the quality can only be determined by looking at the previous work of the installation crew. After that, it is all about how well you maintain your pool.
