Pentair FullFloFX 2-way Diverter valve orientation

The PB suggested mounting several FullFloFX 2-way Diverter valves vertically instead of horizontally. For my installation this will eliminate two 90 degree turns for each valve.

My question is: Is there any downside to mounting a FullFloFX 2-way diverter valve vertically instead of horizontally?

If I want to add automation in the future, can you mount valve actuators on a "vertical valve"?

For those of you who have done maintenance on valves, would performing maintenance on a valve that is mounted vertically be a problem?

Valve orientation does not matter. In fact I think more pads have them vertical as far as I have seen.
