900sqft new stamped concrete

Flagstone facing on wall facing lake instead of tile
no mention of soil testing/engineering
Total: $90,000

Any suggestions/opinions will be greatly appreciated.

Without going through my quotes in detail, the one thing that stands out is the high cost for the stamped concrete ($10 per sq ft). I'm from the land of fruits & nuts (CA), and even here I'm only paying $7.00 per sq. ft. for a stamped and colored concrete with multiple pattern choices.

Otherwise.. good luck.. that pool is HUGE!!!
