    1st bid:

    Pool with following spec: 39,100
    • Free form: 40'x21', 720sqft, 3.5'-7' deep

    • PebbleTech

    upgrade 130' flagstone coping: 1,000
    upgrade to 3 LED light: 2,000

    no mention of soil testing/engineering
    Total: $90,000

    Any suggestions/opinions will be greatly appreciated.

    Without going through my quotes in detail, the one thing that stands out is the high cost for the stamped concrete ($10 per sq ft). I'm from the land of fruits & nuts (CA), and even here I'm only paying $7.00 per sq. ft. for a stamped and colored concrete with multiple pattern choices.

    Otherwise.. good luck.. that pool is HUGE!!!

    Every extra in your bid is priced at a premium. I'm frugal, I'd keep looking.
