When filter pump program activates does heater kick off?

If I am heating my pool (but not using the Maintain Temp option) will the heater kick off when the Filter Pump program starts? I'd test it out myself, but this is for a pool at our 2nd home in another state and we have people coming in that want the pool heated. I'm just worried that the scheduled filter program will kick the heat off and they arrive to a cold pool.

This is on a Jandy OneTouch control panel

Typically a pool heater will try to maintain temperature when the there sufficient flow on the pressure switch. So if the pump is running and the pool needs to be heated it will try to heat it. A bigger issue is to make sure there is a fireman's switch or equivalent. That makes the heater shut down 30 min. prior to the pool turning off to allow time for the heater to cool off so you don't end up with melted pipes.
