empty swimmingpool question

this is my swimmingpool in spain
i gues this is called an above swimmingpool?

so for the last 15 years its been full all winter
now are we thinking of empty him this winter for 4-5-6 months

any bad things can happen when he empty?
or things i sure need to do when leave him empty?

The real question is "Why do you want to empty it?". Your climate looks like it could freeze occasionally, which means you would have to empty all of your plumbing and the filter and pump and seal all the lines. I can't think of any benefit from not leaving the water in the pool.

i want to empty it because its verry dirty
and if i take in account all the water i need to refill, all cleaning i need to do, and all electricity etc i would spend this winter
i come out more cheap empty him, and refill him later

there is no freezing here
the lowest is about 4-5 degrees celsius it gets

Unless you can cover it, it will accumulate rain water over the winter and probably be fairly dirty in the spring.

Is the pool surface plaster, tile or is it a liner?

More questions along those lines - What is it made of? Is it partially buried in the ground or does it rest on a foundation?

its concrete with tiles

everything here is rock, with a thin layer of dirt/sand
so basicly its build on rock

Very interesting construction. You may wish to contact a builder to ask about the effects of air exposure and drying on the grout.
