Liner install in Fall/Winter in TN??

I am in the middle of a self-build and I am starting to worry about the weather regarding my liner installation. I have the poolcrete bottom down, but I don't have the equipment pad(poolhouse) ready yet, nor do I have the coping stone installed yet. I am thinking the stone install will be much easier with no water in pool thus no mortar, sand, stones to clean out later. It will probably take me another month or so to finish these two things and be really ready for liner. My questions are:
Do I wait until I am finished with coping and equipment room to install liner and risk the cold weather? By the way if I miss a weather window, can I go liner-less all winter?
or
Do I install this weekend while it is 80 degrees and risk getting a lot of debris in pool and no circulation for a month?
Many thanks in advance.

We built in the same time frame last year. I would say put the liner in on a warm sunny day, and work at finishing up your plumbing. We did not have a pump working for several weeks after the liner was in, but Minnesota water is cold and in the 50's. If you need to add bleach and stir manually without a pump, then that is what you have to do.
