Newbie - Added too much muriatic acid, how do I undo?

Ph was at 8.0, supposed to add a qt of acid, instead I added a gallon. How do I undo?

After the pump has been running about an hour re test the pH. The pH test only reads up to 8.0 so it may have been higher than you thought. If the pH dropped below 7.0 you can use borax or washing soda to bring it back up.
