We are having trouble getting our spa to operate today. Everything seems to be working in POOL mode but when switched to SPA mode, the jets are not very forceful and the spa is draining. We have Jandy automated valves which appear to be moving appropriately (one on top moves in opposite direction of the other one). Any help is appreciated.

Are your valves labeled? Has anyone done any work on your system lately? Maybe one automated valve isn't operating at all. Make sure that all valves rotate when you put the system into the various modes. Stand by the valves and watch as you test and make note of what is turning and what might not be. The main drain valve for the spa is open when it should be closed.

It seems like Jandy valve that controls the return side is not closing the pool returns completely. They can get out of adjustment, jammed or the diverter can leak.
