Filling pool what to add to get levels right

It should be full in a couple of hours so I tested my fill water from the pool. I used the taylor k2006 test kit

FC- .5
CC- 0
Ph- 7.0
TA - 40
CH- 50
CYA- 0

I'm new to this so and have been reading the pool school info to get myself up to speed. I want to do the BBB method but am unsure of what to add since my levels seem so far off from the charts in pool school.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

My approach would be:
1 chlorinate with bleach
2 add baking soda to increase TA to desirable level (acid to control pH during the addition of baking soda, but not adding together)
3 add a stabiliser (presuming its an outdoor pool)
4 enjoy

Although I would avoid the dichlor method as described in the link and just stick with the separate chemicals.

Thanks guys! I was wondering how I would figure out how much chlorine I need but the pool calculator works out everything that's needed. I'll let you know how it goes.
