That's pretty exotic. Where is this. Was it built as a temporary or something?
In the industry, CSP (Certified Service Professional) by the NSPI and it's successor the APSP. My company services over 600 pools every year. I think the practices regularly espoused on this forum (especially the BBB method) are outstanding; however my comments will be often oriented towards the goal of getting it done, and getting it done right now!
I just keep picturing what would happen if the wall got compromised..... Holy wall of water!

The SLAM process is not finished until: 1. CC < 0.5 ppm, 2. An OCLT < 1.0 ppm and, 3. The water is crystal clear.
spent all the money on building the hotel, but forgot to budget in the pool?
I had to check .... based on extrapolating our filter sizing recommendations (i.e. ~1sqft of sand per 5400 gallons). So the 436,000 gallon pool would require ~80 sqft of sand filter.
From the link it states it includes 12x 1.5HP pumps with 24" filters = ~40 sqft
So they kept with the apparent industry norm of undersized filters and oversized pumps.
