    FC got high...safe to swim?

Long story short...put solar cover on due to lower nighttime temps. Continued same maintenance routine. FC got high
    (but pool is immaculately clear).

You are well below shock level - swim away.

That was what I was wondering...the pool calc says 19 is shock level, but the other guides show higher.

Always a bit confusing. But 18.5 is below both so you are fine. Just let it drift down from here - you're fine swimming anytime it is below shock and clear (so you can be seen if you go under water).

I didn't shock it on purpose. It crept up on me due to the cover and reduction in swimming. I never changed my routine. I did have 89 degree water the other day, though.
