Backwashing and minut ammount of sand comes out normal?

When i backwash my sand filter. I backwash into a white bucket to check when the water is clear. there is a minut amount of sand in the bottom, is this normal?

fill up a 3 gallon white bucket and there is about a pinch of sand in the bottom

Yes it's normal.

I assume you let that bucket overflow for a minute or two, right? 3 gallons isn't nearly enough for a good backwash....50 gallons would be closer.

Ya, i keep backwashing till water is ciear and debri free, A pure white bucket will really show how dirty the water is, Check every 30 seconds with a white bucket
