Initial water readings looking for verification

Hello,

Long time lurker, finally upgraded from a 12' to 18' x 48" Intex (pictures and blog to follow - It was A LOT of work but worth it so far). Got my baseline numbers from my tap water and I am a little concerned about the CH. As well wanted to get someone to look at the numbers to see if anything seem out of line.

PH 8.6 = Add 72oz of Muriatic acid
FC .5 = Add 42oz Bleach
CC 1
TC 1.5
TA 350
CYA Under 20 = Add 113 of stabilizer
CH 300 = Says to add water (this is already out of my tap?!)

Pool estimated @ 5455 Gallons water temp ~83, Will be utilizing SWG for chlorination.

Again much help reading these forums and looking forward to the comments.

I get completely different amounts to add.

At 5500 gals
pH 8.6 to 7.5 = 41oz of MA
FC .5 to 3 = 29oz of bleach
CC 1 = Shock
TA 350 = Areation and acid to bring it down. You don't need to be in a hurry about this.
CYA 15 to 30 = 11oz of Stabilizer. You can wait till after you finish shocking to add any if you'd like.
CH 300 = Nothing. If this is coming out of your tap there's not a lot you can do about it. At 300 I wouldn't worry about it too much.
