I noticed my pool liner is wrinkled by one of the returns. Also the vinyl has a rougher feel to it than the rest of the liner. The liner is 8 years old and we are in NJ if that is important. What causes this and does it need to be replaced immediately or when it begins to leak.

There's not much you can do about it and I'd just leave it alone until the liner needs replacing.
