Are you getting sick of the construction process yet?

I have a couple of things to finish up on mine, but i end up spending the workable days in the pool instead of working around it.

The wettest June in history has slowed this project to a snails pace, but we've still found time to party and have fun!

Major pic update, Phase II of pool construction almost complete:

The pool has been worth every penny, we've used it almost daily!

Love that pool, I am about a year behind you!! I just had a Gunite company come out last week and I am weighing my options. It would be about $15-20K more for Gunite, probably $75K for what I want to do with a Liner Pool, maybe $90K for Gunite unless I do Pebble-tec, that alone they said was $12K. I have not negotiated at all.

I happy we went with gunite, we went with a quartz finish, did not want to spend the extra for Pebble.

Just curious do you remember how much they were going to charge for the Pebble?

I am leaning towards no deep end, between 3-5 feet.

Now that you've been up and running for a while now; are you happy with the pb's work? It looks like A&S from the thread? How is it holding up? I am in Berwyn and have been getting bids for the complete rehab of 70's plaster pool. Any insight would be appreciated.
