    Aqualink doesn't run equip per schedule but can manually run

    Need diagnosis ideas - Aqualink has schedule but pump/cleaner do not start/stop based upon schedule (no on-light indication either). However, can manually run them from indoor control panel.

    Have checked outside panel confirming not in service mode. Have powered off and pulled battery to attempt to clear any lock-ups. Disconnected spa-side switch at panel. Have set time to 10 minutes ahead of scheduled start but still doesn't automatically start (and no 'on' indicator on inside panel after reaching scheduled start time).

    Any suggestions as to problem/further diagnosis?

    Is the time and date set correctly?
    In the industry, CSP (Certified Service Professional) by the NSPI and it's successor the APSP. My company services over 600 pools every year. I think the practices regularly espoused on this forum (especially the BBB method) are outstanding; however my comments will be often oriented towards the goal of getting it done, and getting it done right now!

    Have you opened the panel box to check for bugs inside? Ants, wasps, that sort of bug! Not sure where you are located but ants are a big deal here in TX. Certain varieties LOVE electrical work.

    Hadn't seen any crawlies when I've been in the control panel door. Haven't removed the cover plate tho. Usually will see ants in the area/on the wall/up the cables/etc. but no sign of anything. I would think that if a nest of some sort was present, it's not clear how it could inhibit the auto-schedule feature but not the manual operations...
