    Hello from NH

Hi. My name is Troy and I'm very excited to be a part of this community.
My wife and I bought a house with an in-ground pool but the previous owner gave us no information on maintenance , so I guess I'll be popping in here pretty often.

    You're done SLAMing when:
    1)You lose 1ppm or less FC overnight, & 2)You have .5ppm CC's or less, & 3)your water is clear.

    Welcome Troy.
Now all you have to do it describe your pool and equipment. Size, type, salt or regular>
Then you need to test the water and post your readings.

    Total Chlorine
    pH
    Alkalinity

CYA " This is not Cover Your Azz" LOL

I also would read as much as you can on the post it notes in all the forums here.
